Robert F. ``Cowboy'' Williams, Jr., 48, died Jan. 15, 1998. He was a native and life long resident of Jacksonville. He was a retired electrician and a lover of horses and all animals. Survivors include his mother, Lucille E. Abernethy; twin sisters, Marie A. Anson and Mary Bell; sister, Lucille Bay; two uncles, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
