As in life, every career has its peaks and valleys, but I can honestly say that I have always looked forward to coming to work.' Bill had an engaging, entertaining personality and when you were with him, everything was more fun. He would want to be remembered as a man who cared. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane LaSota David. Bill and Diane re-met after their high school reunion. He is also survived by his mother Sylvia Haddock and Stepfather Doyle Haddock, father William K. David, Sr. and Stepmother Suzan, sisters Suzie Davis (Jim), Marilee Howland (Ron), Laurie Villa (Al), Becky Jordi (Doug), Marilyn Bristowe (Randy), brother Dan Haddock (Brenda), son, Jeff David (Stephanie), daughter, Cindy Burkett (Melvin) and stepchildren, Chris and Lindsey Parker, Grandchildren Haley and Brandon Burkett, aunts, uncles, nephews and a niece. Bill has been an active member of the reunion committee and we all have enjoyed his wit and humor over the past two years, while planning the reunion, during the reunion weekend and afterwards.  I will miss him greatly, as he was my Lakeshore buddy.  We were the only ones on the committee that went to Lakehore Jr. High.  It will be so sad to not have the pleasure and opportunity to enjoy Bill's wonderful humor and personality again.  I am grateful for the last two years of reconnecting with Bill and Diane and will cherish my memories of him.
